Refund & Returns Policy

At Future Vision, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review the following policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Returns and Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and components included.

  • Products that have been opened and gently used are still eligible for return, provided they are in good, resalable condition.

  • Items showing signs of excessive wear, damage, or missing components may not be accepted.

Note: Custom orders or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product, missing components).

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for all returns. Future Vision is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 14–21 business days for the refund to be fully processed.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
